Sharingtools sells a whole catalogue of paid Meta services: unbans, whitelists, account protection, restriction removal, developer app approval, ads-account unbans, username claims and blocking other people's accounts. My case was one of them: an Instagram unban for $1,250. The account came back for a few hours, then Meta disabled it for good. Neither the guarantee nor the refund was honoured. The full conversation is below.
Kani Baspinar sells paid Meta services through Sharingtools.services and his Telegram channel. On 23 August 2026 I ordered one of them for a client, an Instagram account unban. He sold it as the work of a “personal trusted contact inside Meta”, with whitelist included, a “100% guarantee”, “refund guaranteed” and clearing of the strikes on posts. I paid $1,250 (USDT TRC20).
The account came back on the evening of 25 August and was suspended again the same night. On 27 August, after the appeal that Kani himself asked us to file (“Appeal it, it will open directly”), Meta disabled it permanently. The whitelist protected nothing, the strikes were never cleared, the second unban was postponed several times and never delivered. On 3 September Kani stopped the work, and on 7 September he refused both to finish it and to return the money.
On this market, Meta unblocking services come with a guarantee of at least a month: if the account is banned again right away, it is restored again. Here the account was banned within hours, the guarantee had been promised in writing (“refund guaranteed”, “lifetime warranty”) and was then declared a “gift” I was “not entitled to”. With every problem the client turned out to be at fault: VPN, “bad IP”, “got banned themselves”, “fake identity”, “didn't inform us about the screen change”, “you are insulting”. The reasons, and the process itself, were invented as the work went along.
The main conclusion. I saw no sign of Kani's “own moderator inside Meta”. Everything points to the unban being done through regular Meta Verified support, which is available to any subscriber with a blue tick: a Meta support survey sent to the client's email and addressed to Kani's account; the request for the client's email “for the activation link”; the advice to “get Meta Verified”; deadlines that kept slipping as if he were waiting for a support reply himself. The price of the very same job fell from $2,000 to $1,250 in four hours before any work started, and was then raised again retroactively once I complained. Prices and the list of services changed almost daily (whitelist: “included” → “+750” → “1000” → “resellers only”) and, I am convinced, were invented on the fly. Nothing that was promised matched reality. And every one of those prices and promises was his own: I asked, he named the numbers, and after the failure he called the same numbers “cheap”. I consider this a deception.
Below are cutouts from the Telegram conversation in chronological order: white messages on the left are Kani's, green ones on the right are mine. The client's personal data (account, email) is blacked out.
Not one price, deadline or promise in this deal came from me. I asked questions; he named the numbers. When the account was banned again, those same numbers became “Alex want to pay so low but want to use ferrari”.
What he proposed himself on 23 August:
The one thing I did propose was the payment order: $1,000 now and $250 after the result, because he had refused an escrow. He agreed: “Okay you can send my commission side with second order”.
What he said after the second ban, when I asked him to honour those same terms:
I never asked for a discount. I paid the price he named, in full, and asked for the things he had listed as part of it. Every extra dollar in this story was added by him after the failure, and every “cheap” refers to his own numbers.
On 7 September Kani refused both to finish the work and to return the money, and sent a new price list. It has grown from six services to eleven, and one of the new lines directly contradicts what he told me at the very start.
4 September. Asked for news: “you will say sorry about what you said to us”. Asked again for a date: “I wasn't able to provide exact time because I don't know what you think but they don't click to button and open account… if they do, they got caught”.
7 September, 13:29. Instead of a date, a price list arrived:
The last five lines are new: on 31 August the list had six items. Two of them are worth reading next to his own earlier words.
“Block an account — 3000”. On 23 August, asked whether the competitors attacking my client could use the same channel, he wrote: “Meta contact can unban and whitelist but cannot ban and blacklist”. On 26 August I asked directly whether he runs a mass-report service for taking accounts down, and got “Nope I don't do that”. Two weeks later, blocking an account is a product with a price.
“Remove restrictions — 2000”. On 25 August, about the open cases on the client's posts, he wrote “he will close also all that cases” and “so I can let my guy approve appeals”. On 7 September the same work costs $2,000 per case, and he denies ever having promised it: “I didn't said that mod will remove”. There are more than ten such posts on the account, which is over $20,000.
His position on the money and on the service:
The conversation ended on “find some people to scam” and “go and find someone from market”. As of that moment the client's account is permanently disabled and the money has not been returned.
23 August. Asked whether he has Meta contacts for unbanning: “Yes”, $2,000, “whitelisting included to unblock”, “personal trusted contact… I met with him”.
Asked to confirm the terms “with 100% certainty”: “Refund guaranteed service it is”, “%100 guarantee for unban in 3-7 days max”; on protection and whitelist: “It is lifetime warranty”. Whitelist, by his definition, is “preventing AI based auto ban”, and for mass-report cases the guarantee is “yes”.
The first thing that put me on guard, before any work had started, was the price falling as the conversation went on. Four hours, and I had not haggled once.
Minus 37.5% in four hours and seven minutes. I told him so at the time: “It seems suspicious that the price has dropped so much, but let's give it a try”. His answer named his own cost base: “We pay 1000 to contact”, “Remaining is my profit from this service”.
If the cost really is $1,000, then at $1,250 his margin is $250 and cutting $750 off in one evening is not possible. In my experience this is not how a fixed cost base behaves; it is how someone behaves when they are testing what the buyer will pay. My impression was that if I had waited another hour I would have been offered $1,000, and then less.
Later the price moved the other way. On 26 August, after the account had been banned again and I complained, he raised it retroactively on an order that was already paid for: “Okay price 1500 usd from now including first one”. Meta app approval went $750 (25 August) → $2,000 (26 August) → $2,500 (31 August), and the explanation moved with it: “first he said 500 now he talk about 1500”.
Deadline: “by Wednesday” (26 August) — “Yes”. Agreed: $1,000 upfront, $250 after the result. $1,000 was sent on 23 August at 19:36 to his USDT TRC20 wallet; the balance on 27 August.

On 23 August clearing the strikes (the content cases) was “$500 extra”. On 25 August, during the work: “he will close also all that cases”, “he said he will add whitelist flag”, “customer will never face any problem in future”. That evening, after the unban: “so I can whitelist also posts”, “so I can let my guy approve appeals”.
On 25 August at 15:03 Kani asked for the account owner's email: “he will reinstate it and send an email from system to get activation link”. The same night, at 00:59, that email received a message from Meta: “How was the support you received from Meta? Hi adventuring_with_kani”. Meta sends these surveys to the contact email of a support case, addressing the account that opened the case. adventuring_with_kani is Kani's own Instagram account. When I showed him the email, he did not dispute that the account is his.
His reply: “They just mixed it I mean meta and send auto feedback email. It is not related to me”.
The unban was at 20:43. At 00:41 the account was suspended again, the screen says “Suspended on August 25, 2026”. Kani's reaction in the morning: the cause is “bad ip / VPN”, “ban is not related ai or us”, and in the same breath: “Okay price 1500 usd from now including first one”. The price for Meta app approval went from $750 to $2,000 in one day.
An hour later he redefined the whitelist himself: “on ban wave side like ai take down profiles we still dont have access for that whitelist”. Three days earlier the whitelist was “preventing AI based auto ban”.
Every time something went wrong, the cause was found on the client's side, and every time it was a new one:
The first version, the VPN, appeared before he had spoken to anyone: at 10:12 he wrote himself “I didn't talk with mod yet”, and at 12:04 the “contact” confirmed exactly that same version (“Ban reason was bad ip”). Every later explanation appeared as the conversation went on, without a single document or screenshot from his side.
Read as a whole, the conversation is not a string of separate excuses. It is one set of moves, repeated from 23 August to 7 September. Here is each of them, in his own words.
The core move: “you don't trust me, so I won't do it”. Any request to confirm a date, a method or a promise is declared an insult, and the paid work is stopped as a punishment. 3 September: “Okay, I'm telling to my moderator to dont run that case since you are just insulting here”. 7 September: “If you dont trust dont work”. And in the same breath: “whitelist for mass report was gift but I just even ordered to remove it after this kinda behaviors”. So for asking questions the client does not merely lose the service, it is switched off.
The pattern in one sentence: the client pays upfront, asks a question, is declared disrespectful, loses part of the service as a punishment, and is told at the end that he is the scammer.
26 August, 10:23–10:39: “…will be activated shortly and if we don't get payment right after activation we will suspend that account again”, “After we complete case if we don't get payment, 500 usd”, “I will not just ban your customer, your main and all related other ig accounts also”.
The same day the “personal Meta contact”, via Kani, advises the client to get Meta Verified. Told that Meta Verified is unavailable in the interface (“you're on the waiting list”), the answer is: “Ah really. I didn't know that”.
On 27 August the client filed an appeal, as Kani advised (“Appeal it, it will open directly”). At 13:13 Meta replied: the account is permanently disabled. The same day I paid the balance. Kani: “We needed to wait this one now we can open it”, “my guy cleaning all of them one by one”.

On 28 August, five days after payment, a price list appeared: whitelist “750 usd additional”, “1 time unban free if account get ban in next 24 hours”, “all payments are upfront”. Then “unban and whitelist total 1500”. To my “everything turnkey, strikes removed, deal?”: “rules are simple, unban → 24 hours if there is ban, unban again. Whitelist also will protect account very well”. Even under these new rules the second unban was due.
The deadline for the second unban: “Monday” (31 August). On 30 August Kani asks for a current screenshot, sees “permanent” and writes “Perfect. That was what I need. Processing it”, then half an hour later: “Deadline changed since user didnt inform us about screen change. Probably Tuesday or Wednesday”. I had forwarded him Meta's permanent-disable email on 27 August (see above).
31 August: “We just unban the account. Post based cases must be solved by user”. I forwarded his own messages from 25 August. The reply: “I promised it as bonus… when there is second time unban I can't gift additional process”.
On 2 September Kani asked for the client's account password “to realtime check screen”. The screen had not changed since 27 August; I sent a screenshot. “We are handling that case, account will back soon”. “Today?” — “probably”.
On 31 August the Sharingtools manager sent a “final” price list: Unban 1250, Urgent 2500, Whitelist 1000, Future Protection 2500, Content Protection 750, Developer Application Approval 2500. Asked directly whether Kani works through his own moderator or through a regular Meta Verified support ticket: “We have company rules that we are not allowed to disclose”.
3 September, 11 days after payment: “Checking with mods”. On the refund: “If customer wants refund first they can pay for second unban”. When I wrote that this looks like a regular support ticket: “I'm telling to my moderator to dont run that case since you are just insulting”, “do it yourself”, “don't bother me or Yulia”, “I don't own you anything”, “Second unban was gift”, “Until Sunday you can try… If you can't I can provide you service”.
Meanwhile a Sharingtools post appeared in Kani's Telegram channel: “So far, we've successfully unbanned 28 accounts”, with a list of services matching the 31 August price list: Unban, Urgent Unban, Whitelist, Future Protection, Content Protection, Developer Application Approval.
So that nobody can say I kept quiet and then “suddenly” wrote a review. All of this is in the conversation, by date:
| Promised | What happened |
|---|---|
| Unban by 26 Aug, “100% guarantee” | Unbanned 25 Aug at 20:43; suspended again the same night |
| Whitelist included, “lifetime warranty”, protection from AI auto-ban | Protected nothing; 26 Aug “no access to the AI ban-wave whitelist”; from 28 Aug whitelist is a paid extra |
| “Refund guaranteed service” | Refund refused |
| Clearing the strikes on posts (“he will close also all that cases”) | Not done; 31 Aug “it was a bonus”, “user must solve” |
| “Customer will never face any problem in future” | Permanently disabled two days later, after the appeal he himself advised |
| Second unban: 31 Aug → 1–2 Sep → “soon” | Not delivered; work stopped on 3 Sep |
| Personal contact inside Meta | A Meta support survey sent to the client's email, addressed to Kani's account |
| Price of the same job: $2,000 → $1,500 → $1,250 in four hours (23 Aug), stated cost base “We pay 1000 to contact” | Raised back to $1,500 retroactively on the paid order once I complained (26 Aug) |
| “Meta contact… cannot ban and blacklist” (23 Aug), “Nope I don't do that” about mass reports (26 Aug) | “Block an account — 3000” in the price list of 7 September |
| Whitelist: included in the price, “lifetime warranty” | “was gift but I just even ordered to remove it” (7 September) |
If you are considering this seller, understand the mechanics I ran into. The unban is the cheap entry point. After it, the account can be banned again within hours; in my case it was. At that moment everything he had described as included becomes a separate paid product: whitelist, future protection, restriction removal, urgent unban. The re-ban is declared “not our case”, and nothing moves “until payment”. Each new problem is a new invoice. Budget for that, or do not start.
My opinion. There is no moderator. I did not see a “personal contact inside Meta” at work; I saw a regular Meta Verified support ticket opened from Kani's own account, something any subscriber can do themselves for free. I saw services and prices invented on the fly, terms that changed every time I asked an uncomfortable question, written threats to ban the client's accounts and mine, and a walk-back of the guarantee he himself had promised.
The main point for anyone considering this service: ask in advance, and get it in writing, what happens if the account is banned again within hours. In my case the answer turned out to be “not our problem” and “the second unban was a gift”.
I do not recommend Kani Baspinar or Sharingtools.services for any paid Meta service, whether it is an unban, a whitelist, restriction removal, app approval or anything else on their list.
This is a personal review of my own experience. The conversation excerpts are reproduced from the official Telegram chat export with the text and timestamps of the messages unchanged; the full export is available on request. The interface in the cutouts is English; Russian messages (the chat with Yulia) carry an English translation in italics under the original text. Phone screenshots in Russian are left untouched and transcribed in English in their captions. The Instagram and email screenshots are from the client's phone, with their consent. The client's personal data is hidden. Value judgements are marked as my opinion. If Kani Baspinar or Sharingtools.services wish to respond, I will publish their reply on this page unedited.
